How to Install the Kalix CLI on Windows

In this tutorial, you will learn how to Install Kalix CLI on Windows.

The Kalix CLI enables you to create, deploy and manage Kalix services.

In order to install the CLI, you need to download the latest version of Kalix CLI for Windows (14mb).

Alternatively, you can watch it on YouTube.

Once you have downloaded the file as shown in the video, it will appear in the downloads folder on your machine.

Extract the zip file and move the kalix executable file to a location on the path you want to move to.

Let's run the command prompt from the folder where the executable file has been moved, and type:

kalix help

You can see there is a list of all the commands available. This confirms that the CLI has been installed successfully.
